Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities using value-driven sales techniques.
  • Collaborate with various internal resources to optimize sales strategies.
  • Develop compelling business cases for new product offerings and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Engage with purchasing teams, engineers, and management at target accounts in a professional manner.
  • Manage key accounts within the designated territory and achieve sales targets.
  • Coordinate with representatives in the region to ensure success at assigned accounts, utilizing channel partners as necessary.
  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing technical and commercial inquiries.
  • Deliver market insights to the organization regarding competitive dynamics and product innovation.
  • Maintain an accurate CRM database with detailed customer and channel information related to sales opportunities.
  • Prepare precise business forecasts to aid in resource allocation and sales prioritization.
  • Involve relevant company resources in account discussions as needed.
  • Ensure timely submission of expense reports and completion of assigned projects.
  • Lead additional projects as directed by management or as business needs evolve.


Qualifications:
  • At least 10 years of experience in semiconductor sales.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of circuit design principles.
  • Familiarity with semiconductor engineering terminology relevant to our products.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A positive, collaborative, and enthusiastic approach to work.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA Degree.
  • A keen interest in learning about new technologies.
  • Self-motivated individual capable of working independently.
