Our contributions have significantly influenced various sectors, utilized by prominent academic institutions, innovative start-ups, and major industry players, including the largest Internet companies globally.

We require dedicated and inventive individuals to assist us in achieving our engineering objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

This role will collaborate closely with GPU software development leaders, engineers, quality assurance, and product management to comprehend, define, and execute processes that support these initiatives.

Responsibilities will also encompass tasks related to beta and production releases for clients, organizing and leading status meetings, and serving as the primary contact for developing and maintaining release schedules and the official release plan.

Engage with stakeholder teams across the organization to strategize and propel software goals for the team, as well as gather requirements, help establish priorities, and manage scheduling and planning for all phases of process implementation.

Create and sustain schedules for the numerous components that must operate concurrently.

This is a hands-on contributor position that seeks an individual who thrives in a dynamic, complex environment and is equally comfortable delving into requirements and development specifics while managing daily tasks.

Enhance and refine existing product development and software release processes; collaborate with engineering management to optimize the development workflow for maximum engineering efficiency.

You will have the chance to partner with diverse technical teams, engaging with all levels of interpersonal dynamics.
You will be responsible for leading and resolving critical challenges while advocating for lean agile methodologies and principles.

Execute the plan by gathering essential data, prioritizing issues, tracking overall progress from both software and hardware perspectives, and driving issues to resolution promptly.

Continuously improve and maintain all processes supporting enterprise operations.
Qualifications:
Ability to think both strategically and tactically, building consensus to ensure program success.
Demonstrated experience in creatively resolving technical challenges and resource conflicts. Proven ability to lead complex products and client engagements.
Comprehensive understanding of software engineering principles and the product development lifecycle.
Solid knowledge of industry-standard configuration management tools. Experience in enhancing efficiency and enabling automation is advantageous.
Detail-oriented with a proven ability to multitask in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and evolving requirements.
Hands-on experience in a software development setting. Strong communication and technical presentation skills.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience) with 8+ years in a similar or related role.

Proficient in Python or a comparable modern scripting language. Familiarity with Groovy or ScriptRunner for Jira is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in GPU software environments, Deep Learning, and/or AI software methodologies.
Having held a leadership role while collaborating with modern software development teams is beneficial for managing dependency efforts.
Experience in identifying and improving inefficient processes across multiple teams within large matrix organizations is highly desirable.

Prior experience in productizing enterprise server systems, including coordinating activities between hardware and software organizations, is a significant advantage.

Certifications in Agile, PMP, OKR, or Lean Portfolio will enhance your chances for success.
NVIDIA is committed to fostering a diverse work environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.

We highly value diversity in our current and future employees and do not discriminate (including in our hiring and promotion practices) based on race, religion, color, national origin, gender, gender expression, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, disability status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
