Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate new business by identifying opportunities and employing value-driven sales techniques.
- Collaborate with various company resources, leveraging expertise for specific sales scenarios.
- Develop compelling business cases for new offerings and contribute to product and corporate strategy formulation.
- Present professionally to purchasing teams, engineers, and management at targeted accounts.
- Manage key accounts within the designated territory and achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with representatives in the region to ensure success at assigned accounts, utilizing channel partners as necessary.
- Provide responsive customer support, addressing both technical and commercial inquiries.
- Gather market insights to inform the company about competitive dynamics and new product concepts.
- Maintain an accurate CRM database with details on customer interactions, sales opportunities, and project statuses.
- Prepare precise business forecasts for effective capacity and resource planning.
- Involve company resources, including engineers and management, in account engagements as needed.
- Ensure timely submission of all expense reports and manage assigned projects efficiently.
- Lead additional projects as directed by management or as business requirements evolve.
Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience in semiconductor sales.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Strong familiarity with circuits and semiconductor engineering terminology.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A positive, collaborative, and enthusiastic approach to work.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA Degree.
- A strong desire to learn and explore new technologies.
- Self-motivated individual capable of working independently.
