Collaboration with internal teams and external partners is crucial to uphold project parameters and timelines. Establishing rapport with executive leadership and pivotal stakeholders is essential for success in this role. Proficiency in addressing objections and resolving intricate challenges is a must.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Support the management of a diverse portfolio of client accounts
  • Assist in gathering client data throughout the project lifecycle
  • Engage in client meetings, both in-person and virtually
  • Prepare and present project documentation, ensuring accuracy and readiness for client review
  • Influence and foster strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Develop and oversee project management plans and related artifacts
  • Guide and support ongoing projects, ensuring team alignment and progress
  • Identify project risks; foresee potential delays and implement mitigation strategies
  • Achieve project goals; secure client approvals and realize maximum cost-saving opportunities
  • Maintain effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Address conflicts and provide timely solutions to clients

Qualifications

Essential Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6-8 years of relevant project management or coordination experience
  • Experience in management consulting is preferred
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate substantial amounts of information with precision
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to navigate challenges and prioritize/manage workload effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and maintaining effective relationships
  • High emotional intelligence and strong conflict resolution abilities
