Position Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Director of Product Management specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Solutions. This pivotal role requires a deep understanding of LLM/GenAI products and their application in enhancing customer experiences for large enterprises. Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product leadership to outline requirements for new AI and GenAI features tailored for enterprise clients.
  • Lead a dedicated team of top-tier developers, UX designers, and architects to realize product visions.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to provide strategic insights to the team.
  • Work closely with engineering and design counterparts to ensure timely delivery of exceptional products.
  • Engage with marketing and sales teams to facilitate field enablement and effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Promote the product vision and strategy to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Guide the team through product discovery, experimentation, usability testing, and the launch of innovative solutions.
  • Advocate for customer needs and business opportunities across the organization, fostering a shared understanding of the product vision.
Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of experience in Product Management.
  • Proven track record in defining, developing, and launching enterprise-grade AI/ML and GenAI products.
  • Experience in addressing operational challenges through software solutions.
  • Familiarity with automation, conversational AI, or RPA technologies.
  • Background in SaaS cloud product development.
  • Understanding of B2B go-to-market strategies and enterprise customer management.
  • Ability to translate vision into actionable product plans.
  • Experience in packaging products for channel partners.
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts.
  • Proficient in identifying risks and fostering a transparent, collaborative environment.
  • Knowledge of the SaaS and PaaS landscape, as well as product marketing strategies, is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with the insurance and financial services sectors is a significant plus.
Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from $190,000 to $250,000 annually, complemented by bonus and equity opportunities. Actual base pay may vary based on skills, experience, and job-related knowledge.
