Strategic Marketing Pursuits Coordinator

Position Overview: The Marketing Pursuits Specialist plays a crucial role in driving Swinerton's project pursuit strategies. This position is essential for crafting compelling and strategic materials that support qualifications packages, proposals, and client presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster collaborative relationships with local and national marketing teams, as well as various management levels to enhance pursuit efforts.
- Lead and assist in project pursuits, including management of content development, editing, formatting, and production.
- Collaborate with business developers and leadership to create pre-positioning materials that highlight Swinerton as a premier partner.
- Thoroughly analyze RFQ/P requirements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Work with pursuit team leads to manage schedules effectively, ensuring timely completion of drafts and reviews.
- Develop materials for client interviews, including strategic content, coaching, and rehearsal coordination.
- Create additional marketing collateral such as brochures, team resumes, and case studies that showcase Swinerton's expertise.
- Engage with vendors for production needs as required.
- Conduct peer reviews of proposals to maintain high standards and compliance with marketing guidelines.
- Oversee post-proposal activities, including content analysis and client feedback sessions.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data within the Cosential system, collaborating with leadership for consistency.
- Commit to national initiatives that promote efficiency and quality across the organization.
- Support national pursuits as part of Swinerton's collaborative proposal team.
Qualifications:
- Strong commitment to internal client satisfaction and collaboration.
- Proven ability to produce high-quality proposals and marketing materials.
- Desire for continuous improvement in work processes and outputs.
- Understanding of professional services marketing best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience in marketing or proposal management.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
