Position Summary

VersaDesk is on the lookout for a driven and results-oriented Marketing Coordinator to enhance our marketing efforts. The Marketing Coordinator will assist the marketing team in implementing a variety of marketing strategies and initiatives. This position calls for a creative and analytical mindset capable of contributing to the formulation of marketing tactics, managing social media platforms, and producing captivating content. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and execution of marketing campaigns across diverse channels (digital, print, social media, etc.)
  • Generate and curate content for social media, website, and promotional materials
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, target demographics, and competitive landscape
  • Support the creation and upkeep of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations
  • Oversee and refresh the company's website and social media profiles
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating events, trade shows, and webinars
  • Collaborate with the sales department to devise and implement lead generation strategies
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools
  • Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets
  • Support the marketing team with administrative tasks and special projects as required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline
  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing capacity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, email marketing platforms)
  • Experience in social media management and content development
