The ideal candidate will be proactive, collaborative, and eager to immerse themselves in RIOS's culture and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare tailored marketing materials for business development opportunities, including RFPs, RFQs, and qualifications packages.
  • Assist in achieving strategic objectives through the creation of brochures and thought leadership content.
  • Support teams in securing new projects by organizing graphics and structuring interviews and pitch presentations.
  • Contribute to content development, including writing and project descriptions.
  • Conduct research to identify relevant project opportunities across various markets and design disciplines.
  • Maintain and update essential information for the marketing process.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to coordinate RFP/Q meetings, establish timelines, and prepare data requests.
  • Work with project teams to gather the latest project assets, including diagrams, presentations, and images.
  • Assist in the development and coordination of award submissions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Journalism, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of marketing experience in the design sector.
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience, preferably within the AEC or professional services industries.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Ability to analyze complex documents with proven experience in reviewing, organizing, translating, and editing written materials for clarity.
  • Exceptional time management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive in anticipating tasks and identifying opportunities to enhance proposal and content creation processes.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written communication and editing skills to craft tailored narratives and convey the brand's perspective through written content.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for work-related purposes.
