Gensler is on the lookout for an innovative, driven, and collaborative individual to join our team as a Brand Marketing Coordinator. This role is integral to our workplace and brand design sectors. Brand Marketing Coordinators are essential in creating materials that bolster Gensler's business development initiatives. They collaborate with office leadership, senior personnel, and marketing colleagues to craft, design, and produce proposals, presentations, and various collateral used to enhance the firm's competitive edge. Additionally, they spearhead the positioning efforts of the marketing studio, which includes strategy formulation, presentation creation for speaking engagements, writing project case studies, coordinating photography, graphic design of marketing materials, and managing knowledge resources.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with principals, senior staff, and fellow marketing team members to design, write, and produce proposals, presentations, and other thought leadership materials in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Lead and participate in pursuit strategy and planning sessions.
  • Create new materials as necessary to support business development efforts, with a strong focus on graphic design capabilities.
  • Manage multiple marketing initiatives while adhering to deadlines.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of Gensler's portfolio, practice areas, and capabilities.
  • Maintain marketing materials, resources, and information systems.
  • Work closely with other marketing team members to complete special projects and enhance the quality of our initiatives.
Your Qualifications
  • 4+ years of professional experience in a marketing role within a design or professional services firm.
  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Business, Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, Communications, or Marketing.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative and effective graphic design skills, including the ability to create impactful presentations and marketing materials.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and a great collaborator.
  • Strong organizational skills to coordinate and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to work with diverse project teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mastery of InDesign is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required.
