About the Role

Sonova USA, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Regional Sales to lead our sales team in the region. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales representatives, and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and expand our customer base.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including audiologists, physicians, and large retail chains.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our products and services, including Phonak technology, and provide training to sales team members.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate sales team performance, providing coaching and feedback to improve results.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required, Master's of Audiology or Doctorate Audiology preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years' experience in field sales management and supervision, 5+ years of B2B sales experience selling technical products in the medical device industry.
  • Skills: Proven track record of leading successful teams, strong negotiation and closing skills, self-motivated and competitive, focus on building strong customer relationships, and ability to understand technology.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: $120,000-$170,000 based on experience and location.
  • Eligible for Commission.
