- Education: Bachelor's degree in Optical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Experience: At least 7 years of fiber optical sales and program/project management experience.
- Skills: Experience in marketing and program management, track record of success exploring new markets and development, and experience creating new business strategies and executing against those strategies.
- Leadership: Experience communicating across all levels of business and executive leadership presence, and business acumen to deliver high-level communication in the optical field.
The anticipated salary for this role is $200,000 - $225,000 per year, with eligibility for variable pay.
