Key Duties:

  • Applicant Tracking System Management: Utilize "JAZZ HR" to source and identify potential candidates.
  • Resume Evaluation: Assess and shortlist candidates for interview consideration.
  • Interview Coordination: Organize and facilitate interviews at our office.
  • Conducting Interviews: Lead the interview process to evaluate candidates' qualifications and compatibility.
  • Onboarding Process: Integrate new hires into our system and schedule their initial training sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Google Sheets, applicant tracking systems, email communication, security software, and onboarding procedures.
  • Experience in the Security Sector: A minimum of 4 years of verifiable experience in the security field.
  • Recruitment Background: At least 2 years of experience in recruitment.
  • On-Site Work Requirement: Must be available to work on-site.
  • Organizational Abilities: Strong skills in managing schedules, security rosters, and other administrative responsibilities.
  • Cold Calling Skills: Comfortable making numerous cold calls to candidates for pre-screening and interview arrangements.
