About the Role

Treston Security Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment and Sourcing Professional to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for our security division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and Recruitment: Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top candidates for our security positions.
  • Candidate Management: Manage the full life cycle of recruitment, including initial contact, screening, and submission of candidates to hiring managers.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with local sources, including staffing agencies, job boards, and other recruitment channels.
  • Applicant Tracking System Management: Manage and maintain our applicant tracking system, including data entry, candidate dispositions, and reporting.
  • Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: Provide weekly recruitment metrics and reporting to the Recruiting Director.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with company standards and quality assurance processes.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience, with a strong background in security recruitment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Health and Human Services, Criminal Justice, or a similar field of study.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills are essential.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
