Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of financial roles, industry regulations, and market trends.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies for financial services positions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
