Position Summary:

This role reports to the Associate Manager of Corporate Accounting and is pivotal in overseeing the governance and upkeep of the Company's global financial reporting systems (BPC-FIN, SAP), financial master data (including chart of accounts, cost centers, profit centers, etc.), and associated processes.

The position involves active participation and leadership in various projects necessitating changes in financial systems and/or master data reporting, such as SAP upgrades and integration activities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute multiple tasks to ensure timely Worldwide Month/Year End close and facilitate the Company's annual budgeting process (including running packages, data loading, verifying BPC/SAP/BW data, and generating reports).
  • Assist BPC/SAP end users with data loading, and provide analysis related to user inquiries.
  • Oversee several maintenance tasks within the BPC consolidation system, including package scheduling/running and master data updates.
  • Manage master data updates in SAP in accordance with SCJ policies and procedures, covering chart of accounts, cost centers, and profit centers.
  • Engage in or lead analytics, assessments, and system testing for projects such as acquisition integrations and SAP implementations.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel functionalities.
  • Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred:

  • Experience with SAP/BPC/BW systems.
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with all organizational levels.
  • High initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Experience in project management.

Job Requirements:

This is a full-time position with minimal to no travel required. The role does not qualify for domestic relocation.
