Position Overview:

The Senior Financial Analyst, Accounting serves as a key financial consultant for various cross-functional teams, including Real Estate, Facilities & Corporate Services, Security, Corporate Legal, and Corporate Finance. This role is under the supervision of the Director of Corporate Accounting and is instrumental in managing the Corporate Profit and Loss statement, delivering monthly insights and financial analysis regarding functional expenditures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Real Estate, Facilities, Corporate Services, and Security teams to:
  • Enhance management of functional expenses, including budgeting and forecasting, as well as related charge outs (e.g., Occupancy).
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving measures; assist in negotiations with vendors related to facilities and corporate services.
  • Oversee and predict capital expenditures for real estate and facilities projects; assist in lease versus buy evaluations.
  • Create Management Expense Analyses (MEAs) for investments in real estate, facilities, and security, and manage the closure and retirement of fixed assets.
  • Supervise and forecast functional expenses for Corporate Finance and Corporate Legal.
  • Assist in managing legal expenses and ensure adherence to accounting and charge-out policies.
  • Manage the Corporate Profit and Loss statement, providing monthly insights for the Senior Director and Corporate Controller, along with financial analysis and commentary on functional areas.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional partners and advising on financial matters.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills, particularly in Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) and financial statement analysis.
  • Proactive and possesses excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and BPC-FIN.
  • Experience in real estate finance is advantageous but not mandatory.

Job Requirements:

  • Full-time, 1st Shift.
  • Remote work is available once a week for eligible employees.
  • This role is not eligible for relocation.
