Position Overview: Swank Motion Pictures is on the lookout for a strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to spearhead efforts in attracting exceptional talent. This critical leadership position emphasizes the importance of employees as the cornerstone of Swank's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Talent Acquisition Strategies: Formulate and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies aimed at attracting and retaining a diverse pool of high-quality candidates. Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates.
  • Monitor Recruitment Metrics: Analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment initiatives, enabling data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Enhance Employment Brand: Collaborate with the marketing team to refine the employment brand strategy, ensuring it resonates with top talent.
  • Manage Full Recruitment Cycle: Oversee the creation and maintenance of job descriptions and postings that accurately reflect the roles. Source, screen, interview, and hire candidates while collaborating with department heads to understand staffing needs.
  • Onboarding Process: Implement a comprehensive onboarding process, including sending offer letters and creating onboarding schedules to ensure new hires are well-informed about Swank's benefits and company culture.
  • Vendor Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors to support recruitment efforts, ensuring cost-effective contracts.
  • Internship Program Management: Oversee Swank's summer internship program, fostering relationships with universities and representing Swank at career fairs and events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-4 years of full lifecycle talent acquisition experience preferred
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build strong relationships
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
