Position Overview:

Under the guidance of the Manager, the Talent Acquisition Specialist is tasked with sourcing healthcare professionals to meet client contract requirements. This role focuses on sales recruitment, identifying qualified candidates, guiding them through the qualification process, and submitting them to clients in line with company and client standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Initiate prospecting calls and maintain follow-up on all leads.

· Develop and oversee a robust pipeline of healthcare professionals.

· Assess healthcare professionals by reviewing their qualifications and verifying licenses and certifications.

· Conduct virtual interviews and discuss available contract opportunities.

· Collect and confirm completed applications and perform reference checks.

· Assign necessary checklists, testing, and compliance tasks.

· Create profiles for healthcare professionals for client submissions.

· Develop and establish pay packages based on preferred contract locations.

· Submit qualified healthcare professionals to clients based on their needs through appropriate channels.
