TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Utilize internal resume databases and online job platforms to identify potential candidates.
  • Engage with candidates through various communication methods, including email and phone outreach.
  • Evaluate all applications submitted through our applicant tracking system on a regular basis.
  • Coordinate and conduct initial phone interviews for various positions across the country.
  • Manage candidate follow-ups and interview scheduling with hiring managers.
  • Prepare and present both verbal and written job offers to selected candidates.
  • Conduct pre-employment screenings while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Design and execute creative recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates for diverse roles.
  • Assemble and distribute New Hire Welcome Kits to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare for new employee start dates and training sessions.
  • Advertise open positions on the company website and relevant job boards.
  • Source candidates through networking, career fairs, and online platforms.
  • Facilitate onboarding sessions for new employees and provide ongoing support for their successful integration.
  • Assist with various projects and tasks to support the corporate team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or Psychology preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building strong relationships.
  • Prior experience in Recruiting, Sales/Marketing, or Human Resources is advantageous.
