Job Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing top talent to meet the needs of the organization and the Human Resources Department. The successful candidate will possess a solid background in full-cycle recruitment and sourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete recruitment process, which includes crafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, sourcing candidates, screening applicants, conducting initial interviews, documenting interview feedback, administering necessary assessments, drafting offer letters, and managing the post-offer process.
  • Deliver comprehensive recruiting services across various departments as required.
  • Enhance job visibility through participation in career fairs, university events, social media outreach, and community networking, utilizing both traditional and innovative methods to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Serve as a point of contact with local employment and advertising agencies.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure adherence to all relevant federal and state regulations, including compliance with affirmative action plans.
  • Maintain and regularly update staffing reports; conduct weekly meetings with leadership and hiring managers to review progress.
  • Devise creative recruitment strategies to expand the candidate pool.
  • Become proficient in our applicant tracking system, specifically ADP & Job Score.
  • Experience in recruiting both clinical and non-clinical professionals is advantageous but not mandatory.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, along with two to five years of direct recruiting experience, or a similar combination of education and experience. Ability to work independently and seek solutions is essential.
  • Comfortable with cold-calling candidates and employing innovative techniques to engage qualified individuals.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with candidates effectively.
  • Proficient in managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Able to handle a diverse workload while ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Competent in using Applicant Tracking Systems and general computer applications.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit.
