POSITION SUMMARY:

The Lead Talent Acquisition Strategist will be instrumental in shaping and executing recruitment initiatives for essential roles throughout the organization. This position requires close collaboration with hiring managers and executive leadership to identify talent requirements and devise customized recruitment plans that align with strategic business goals.

Your responsibilities will encompass managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, candidate engagement, and offer negotiations. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing valuable insights on market dynamics, competitive landscape, and recruitment best practices.

Additionally, you will play a key role in enhancing the effectiveness of the talent acquisition team through continuous improvement efforts.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Developing comprehensive search strategies by leveraging market intelligence, researching target organizations, and cultivating relationships to attract top-tier talent.
  • Understanding the organizational structure and identifying the necessary skills and profiles for various positions.
  • Advising clients and key stakeholders with strategic insights based on your expertise.
  • Collaborating with business leaders to assess hiring needs and creating strategies to secure top talent.
  • Sourcing, screening, and managing candidates across multiple departments, including Logistics, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and HR.
  • Leading regular meetings with clients to review candidate progress, metrics, and insights.
  • Sharing recruitment knowledge and best practices with the team to enhance overall effectiveness.
  • Championing Anheuser-Busch's brand to all candidates and external partners.
  • Driving innovation in the recruitment process by implementing solutions and leveraging industry benchmarks.
  • Supporting special projects as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to work in a hybrid model, with flexibility in office attendance.
  • 2-4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment is highly preferred.
  • Experience with Workday recruiting is advantageous.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience in advising and influencing leaders and hiring teams.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage the recruitment process effectively across all leadership levels.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Professional communication skills suitable for engaging with candidates and leaders at all levels.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive personnel matters with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
