This position collaborates closely with professional recruiting, program management, the Gaming Enterprise Talent Acquisition team and processes related to the SMSC Gaming Commission. Job Requirements: Reflects MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING, CERTIFICATION and EXPERIENCE required in order to meet the expectation of this job: Bachelors degree in related field and 5+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting or HR operations/sourcing experience strongly preferred. 2+ years recruiting exempt and/or supervisory/management level positions. 1+ year of direct or indirect people leadership experience (including providing work direction, coaching, mentoring and development). Strong customer service focus, continuous improvement mindset and experience leading process improvement initiatives.
