Qualifications:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a full-cycle recruitment role, preferably in manufacturing or administrative sectors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google applications.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Experience with various online recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse individuals.
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances.
