Position Summary
As a Massage Therapy Specialist, you will deliver therapeutic deep tissue massages customized to meet the unique needs of our clients, assisting them in developing healthier muscle patterns and enhancing their chiropractic treatments. You will play a vital role in guiding patients towards their health objectives set within our practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer massage therapy sessions lasting up to 90 minutes
  • Engage in customer service initiatives while maintaining a positive demeanor with clients
  • Arrive ahead of scheduled appointments to prepare for therapy sessions
  • Coordinate patient scheduling for massage therapy
  • Follow up with clients regarding missed therapy sessions
  • Adhere strictly to hygiene and handwashing protocols
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy equipment and rooms
Qualifications
  • Valid Massage Therapy License in the relevant state
  • Experience in customer service with direct client interactions
