Position Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Certified Respiratory Care Specialist to join our team, ensuring that we maintain high-quality, efficient care for all patients.

Job Responsibilities and Qualifications

Your contributions are vital to our success. Every role impacts our patients' lives, and you have the chance to make a significant difference. We are in search of a committed Certified Respiratory Therapist to join our team.

Qualifications:
- Completion of a Vocational/Technical program or an AMA-approved respiratory care program (Associate's Degree); Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Current Florida State License (CRT) as a Certified Respiratory Therapist.
- American Heart Association BLS healthcare provider certification required.
- ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications within 6 months of hire.
- Frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, and moving equipment.

Your responsibilities may include:


- Operating and managing acute care ventilators for both short and long-term mechanical ventilation.

- Demonstrating self-direction in the absence of the full-time Team Leader.

- Maintaining all departmental and hospital records and accurately entering information into the hospital's computer system for therapies administered.

- Setting up and delivering all routine and complex respiratory therapy procedures to patients across all age groups.
