Position Overview:
We are seeking a part-time Certified Music Therapy Specialist to work with children with diverse diagnoses, particularly those with Autism Spectrum Disorder, medically fragile conditions, and other developmental challenges. You will collaborate closely with a team that includes Speech Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Behavior Analysts, and more.
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Music Therapy program.
- Experience: Previous experience is preferred; however, we welcome new graduates and those new to pediatrics, offering robust mentorship opportunities.
- Certification: Must be Board Certified as a Music Therapist; new graduates pending licensure are encouraged to apply. Background checks are required.
