Human Resources Director

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Director to join our team at Addison Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and practices that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives.
- Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Manage payroll, recruitment, and training programs to support our growing team.
- Provide guidance on organizational planning, workforce forecasting, and talent development.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- 5+ years of experience in HR, with a background in recruiting, employee relations, payroll, and training.
- Experience in hospitality, manufacturing, or retail industries is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and Paychex preferred.
- Collaborative and team-oriented attitude with flexibility to manage various tasks.
