Job Summary

At Hire Velocity, we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Director to lead our HR team and drive business success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and offer extensions
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation
  • Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and time-off policies
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws, including the Fair Labor Standards Act and the Civil Rights Act

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 8-10 years of professional HR experience, preferably in an acute healthcare setting
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information
