About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of HR professionals to provide HR services to employees worldwide.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement talent management strategies.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience, preferably in a global nonprofit organization.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team.
