Job Summary

TeleSolv Consulting is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Director of Human Resources to lead the Human Resources function with a strong emphasis on quality control, attention to detail, and leadership. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of knowledge and experience in Federal contracting, with a proven track record of implementing and achieving results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and practices that align with TeleSolv's business objectives.
  • Anticipate HR implications of business initiatives and provide strategic advice to ensure successful execution.
  • Lead and supervise the company's Human Resources staff, providing training and functional oversight.
  • Stay informed about competitive business trends and practices, maintaining a current knowledge of employee behavior, operating problems, and organizational requirements.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive Human Resources Management experience, with a strong background in labor and employee relations, compensation and benefits, organizational development, and talent acquisition.
  • Five or more years as HR Manager in a company with employees supporting Federal contracts is a requirement.
  • Regulatory knowledge and experience with EEOC, AAP, FMLA, ADA, and the SCA.
  • Leadership and team building skills, with the ability to build teams, quickly earn respect, and gain confidence at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to be persuasive and compelling.
  • Attention to detail and a track record of on-time project delivery.
  • Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems (e.g., ADP).
