Job Title: Human Resources ManagerWe are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to lead our HR operations and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with our business objectives.
  • Oversee the full cycle of recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing workplace issues, and fostering a positive working environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Administer employee benefits, compensation plans, and payroll coordination.
  • Develop performance management systems, including annual reviews and ongoing employee development plans.
  • Provide guidance and support to management on employee-related matters, including disciplinary actions, terminations, and conflict resolution.
  • Implement and manage HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and in compliance with regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources management or related HR leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience with recruitment, benefits administration, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
