Human Resources Director

The Director of Human Resources at Hire Velocity is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the HR department, including talent acquisition and retention, onboarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, and performance management. This role requires a strong understanding of HR best practices and the ability to provide guidance to facility leadership on HR-related matters.

- Provide guidance on employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration and benefits enrollment
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
- 8-10 years of professional HR experience, preferably in an acute healthcare setting
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) preferred
