Job Title

A Regional Sales Development Manager is required to spearhead business growth in the custom integration market across Indiana, Kentucky, and Central Illinois. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating new business and effectively managing existing accounts.

Job Responsibilities
  • Pursue new business opportunities to penetrate and grow the market share in a team selling environment.
  • Manage and motivate the manufacturer's representative team in the region, providing training and coaching to ensure they meet sales goals and launch new products effectively.
  • Responsible for resolving customer complaints regarding sales and service.
  • Present strategic sales plans to the executive management team and facilitate effective communication between manufacturers and dealers.

The estimated annual salary for this role is around $80,000-$120,000, depending on experience. Additionally, 50% travel within the region is expected.
