Job Summary

This Regional Sales Director role is a key position within our organization, requiring a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our sales efforts in the Eastern Region.

Salary: $100,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet or exceed their sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve operational efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
