**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and leading a high-performing team of Account Executives.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly regional production minimums.
  • Conduct interviews, hire, and train new talent to ensure a strong pipeline of future leaders.
  • Mentor and develop existing team members to help them reach their full potential.
  • Collaborate with the Divisional Manager and Recruiter to identify top candidates and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement sales plans to meet or exceed company targets.

**Requirements:**

  • 3+ years of experience managing a sales team in the payment acquisition industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
