Job Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is a leading recruitment agency seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth in the Midwest region, covering Indiana, Illinois, Northern Kentucky, and Western Ohio.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales for manufacturing, with 5+ years of experience in industries such as steel, aluminum, or related products. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) or a related technical/business field is required.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to grow revenue and expand into new industries.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including maintenance and operations leaders in steel, aluminum, and other industrial markets.
  • Expand customer base in core industries while cultivating opportunities in power generation, tire and rubber, cement, chemical processing, and mining sectors.
  • Schedule and conduct in-person visits, virtual meetings, and follow-ups to close sales opportunities.
  • Partner with inside sales teams to track and update customer activities in the CRM system.

  • Strong technical aptitude in machining, assembly, testing, or measurement processes.
  • Effective communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills to navigate customer environments.
  • Self-directed with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to identify, develop, and close sales opportunities.

  • $100,000-$120,000 salary.
