Regional Business Development Leader

Hiring a seasoned Regional Sales Manager to lead our Midwest sales team and expand our presence in the region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales activities and customer interactions.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients across various industries.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Attend weekly team meetings and bi-weekly one-on-one sessions with sales managers to align goals and address challenges.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, and strong communication and relationship-building skills. We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
