Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the Eastern Region. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and developing strategic partnerships.

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Lead a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet or exceed their sales quotas.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve operational efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
