We are seeking a seasoned Regional Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at TRIGO Global Quality Solutions.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to develop and execute sales strategies, build strong relationships with key decision-makers, and drive business growth in assigned territories.

As a Regional Sales and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY DECISION-MAKERS AND CLIENTS TO DRIVE BUSINESS GROWTH
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other techniques
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support of sales initiatives
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in business-to-business sales, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong focus on customer relationships and revenue growth
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate value propositions and negotiate contracts
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of energy and motivation
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus an annual bonus based on performance. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
