Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our Decking and Railing Outside Sales team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and guiding your team to achieve exceptional results.

About the Role:
  • Lead a high-performing team of outside sales professionals to launch and grow profitable sales of Decking, Railing, and Outdoor Structures within their assigned Region.
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term sales plans that drive revenue growth, expand customer base, and increase market share.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to create and implement innovative marketing strategies, product launches, and training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with Regional Manager to set sales and margin goals for Decking/Railing and Outdoor Structures (DR&OS) in the Region.
  2. Leverage industry expertise to identify new business opportunities, develop relationships with key customers, and negotiate agreements.
  3. Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning within the sales team.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership, preferably in the decking, railing, or outdoor living products industries.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to travel up to 75% of the time within assigned regions.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
