About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Workstation Channel Sales Professional to join our team at Lenovo. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing our indirect workstation business with our largest business partner, CDW, to drive revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales strategy and set aggressive goals to grow key markets within which we compete for workstation business.
  • Achieve revenue and profitability objectives for Lenovo by driving sales with CDW.
  • Align and collaborate with the Channel Account team covering CDW to understand segment initiatives and deliver successful strategies to drive Workstation sales.
  • Develop relationships with sales and sales leadership to serve as a trusted consultant to CDW sellers.
  • Develop strategies for enhancing channel sales, as well as communicate and understand Total Cost of Ownership and industry trends.
  • Build complex sales strategy to ensure both long- and short-term goals, objects and quotas are met.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent professional work experience.
  • 5+ years of successful technology (PC, Workstation, Server) sales experience, strong understanding of Workstation technology.
  • Previous channel sales experience working for or calling on a business partner is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills required.
  • Must have strong interpersonal and communications skills, demonstrated team building, leadership and the ability to manage multiple complex sales engagements.

  • Demonstrated track record of top performance with multi-million-dollar quarterly quota.
  • Superior presentation skills.
  • Experience and understanding of workstation market & ecosystem.
  • Solid financial acumen and financial management skills.
  • Proven ability to develop strategies and execute against an account plan to drive results.
