Indirect Workstation Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workstation Channel Sales Professional to join our team at Lenovo. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our indirect workstation business with our largest business partner, CDW.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow key markets and achieve revenue and profitability objectives for Lenovo.
- Align and collaborate with the Channel Account team to understand segment initiatives and deliver successful strategies to drive Workstation sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sales and sales leadership at CDW to serve as a trusted consultant and drive sales growth.
- Develop and communicate strategies for enhancing channel sales, including Total Cost of Ownership and industry trends.
- Build complex sales strategies to ensure both long- and short-term goals, objectives, and quotas are met.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent professional work experience.
- 5+ years of successful technology sales experience, with a strong understanding of Workstation technology.
- Previous channel sales experience working for or calling on a business partner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills, with demonstrated team building, leadership, and the ability to manage multiple complex sales engagements.
