Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement impactful lead generation marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including email marketing, paid media, and content marketing.
- Develop engaging narratives and execute strategic communication initiatives that highlight our laboratory informatics solutions and boost user engagement.
- Create high-quality content for various marketing materials, such as white papers, blog entries, case studies, and product brochures, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
- Conduct monthly analysis of marketing campaign performance and collateral effectiveness, aligning with digital marketing efforts to identify improvement opportunities.
- Foster consistent collaboration with the Digital Marketing team to produce impactful content and timely updates, ensuring cohesive brand messaging across all platforms.
- Work closely with regional business partners, including Customer Support, Sales, and Product Management, to enhance operational efficiencies and drive growth.
- Partner with event marketing teams to generate customer enthusiasm, increase brand visibility, and drive event registration through effective marketing communications.
- Participate in events and trade shows to gain insights into industry trends and customer needs, while enhancing personal skill development.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with third-party vendors to improve business operations and service quality.
- Implement market-based tactics and SMART success metrics in integrated marketing campaigns, adhering to best practices that support sales and market entry efforts.
- Maintain awareness of market positioning relative to competitors, utilizing data and insights to propose innovative strategies for enhancing brand positioning.
- Ensure all regionally developed materials are consistent with corporate branding, positioning, and messaging across all laboratory solutions and promotional channels.
- Guarantee compliance of all materials with QARA regulations and ensure alignment with the digital marketing team’s branding standards.
- Act as a customer advocate, leading data-driven initiatives to expand reach and optimize the customer journey.
- Utilize data and analytics to inform evidence-based marketing strategies that enhance commercial performance and customer engagement.
- Proactively drive customer satisfaction and improve NPS scores.
- Ensure adherence to FDA Quality System Regulation (QSR), ISO13485, and all relevant international regulatory requirements.
Skills Required:
- Experience in multi-channel B2B lead generation within the healthcare sector is preferred.
- Familiarity with SaaS and cloud-based solutions is advantageous.
- Strong ability to manage and execute marketing campaigns effectively.
- In-depth understanding of marketing best practices across various channels.
- Capability to lead and manage multiple critical projects simultaneously.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in executing marketing communications, multi-channel advertising, brand initiatives, lead generation, and sales support in a technology-driven environment.
- At least 2 years of experience managing successful multi-channel marketing efforts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in global or international digital marketing communications.
- Background in the IT software marketplace.
- Comfort in communicating with clinical and technical experts.
- Experience in laboratories, medical devices, or healthcare information systems is desirable.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
Physical Requirements:
- Work is conducted in a standard office environment with minimal health or safety risks.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer are expected.
- Moderate lifting (15-44 lbs.) and walking/standing for 2-6 hours may be required.
