Job DetailsAs an Account Executive within the Service Prime team, you'll be responsible for selling the world's #1 platform application for Service, the fastest-growing application solution at Salesforce. You'll focus on selling the Service Cloud product portfolio in partnership with your extended sales team members in the world's greatest team-selling environment. As an Account Executive, you'll formulate and execute a Service Cloud sales strategy across a small set of high-tech strategic accounts. You'll work with existing Salesforce customers and new buyers in these accounts to grow Service Cloud market share and spend.
Your ImpactYou'll work closely with current customers and prospective customers as a trusted adviser to deeply understand their unique company challenges and goals. You'll consult with customers to evangelize solutions that will help them reach their business goals and blaze new trails within their organizations. You'll contribute to our business growth in a fast-paced, collaborative, and fun atmosphere as a valued member of our Ohana.
Responsibilities- Develop a point of view and strategy for the accounts/business that you manage.
- Personally create new leads and relationships with customers across accounts.
- Effectively motivate and engage extended team members to drive high-quality customer experiences.
- Lead the strategy and drive activities to completion for sales engagements.
- Create high-quality presentations, proposals, and written content.
- Bring operational excellence to everything you do.
10+ years of experience selling technology solutions, prospecting within the Enterprise segment, consultative and solution-selling experience, outstanding quota attainment history, and track record.
Desired Skills/ExperienceDiscovery skills, planning and closing skills, problem-solving, objection-handling skills, CRM experience, ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment, background selling Customer Service or Call Center solutions.
