Job Title: Account Executive

As an Account Executive, you'll play a critical role in meeting and exceeding sales quota objectives by acquiring new accounts within multiple geographic territories. This role offers a unique opportunity to own a geographic territory and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
  • Analyze customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services.
  • Negotiate and close deals.
  • Work with leadership to develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management.
  • Devise creative and effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals.
  • Manage sales funnel and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment.
