Regional Sales Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Tennant Company. As a leader in the cleaning equipment industry, we are committed to delivering innovative and sustainable solutions to our customers.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving profitable growth across industrial product lines and associated services. They will be responsible for developing and executing an annual strategy within the territory, including:
- Maximizing current customer relationships and vertical markets
- Identifying new target customers and markets
- Determining the most effective method to reach the end-user
- Assessing current channels and channel partners
- Leading share opportunities with commercial and coatings channels
- Growing key products and new technologies
- Conducting annual planning with key partners
- Recommending the addition or replacement of partners within the territory
The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of overall business experience, including 7 years of sales and/or business development experience and 3 years in a managerial role with direct reports. They will be a champion of a results-focused culture and will consistently focus people on meaningful tasks and drive energetic action.
In addition to the above qualifications, the ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication, and will be able to build and maintain positive relationships both internally and externally.
