Role Overview
Bausch Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving business objectives in your assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed
- Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and feedback to improve sales results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3+ years of successful pharmaceutical sales experience
- 3+ years of management or training experience in a pharmaceutical environment
- Experience managing sales representatives
- Demonstrated track record of success in sales leadership roles
