Compensation starting at $55,000

Comprehensive Training Provided; no prior industry experience required for the Sales Consultant role.

Responsibilities of the Sales Consultant:
  • Deliver direct sales and exceptional customer service to prospective residents.
  • Oversee the Sales Process and System.
  • Utilize sales tools effectively, ensuring timely follow-up with potential residents.
  • Build relationships within the local community with integrity.
  • Exemplify the company culture centered around customer service.
  • Support the community through the Manager-on-Duty program, educating staff about amenities and services, and providing leadership to team members.
  • This position may also be referred to as Inside Sales, Sales Manager, Sales Representative, Sales Director, Marketing Manager, Marketing Director, Community Relations, or Relations Manager in other organizations.
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in sales.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • CPR Certification is preferred.
  • Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
