ROLE PURPOSE
As a New Home Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in achieving our sales goals by providing outstanding customer service and effectively marketing our new home communities. We seek a motivated individual with excellent communication and sales skills to engage with clients and assist them throughout their home buying experience.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
We maintain an in-office work culture with standard hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Our dress code reflects our commitment to professionalism.
PREREQUISITES
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and appointment goals established by management.
- Maintain a customer satisfaction rating of 90% or higher through proactive engagement.
- Ensure timely follow-up with leads and keep accurate records in Salesforce.
- Present a knowledgeable and confident demeanor to build trust with clients.
- Follow a structured sales process to enhance effectiveness.
- Assist in preparing contracts and sales documents accurately.
- Foster a positive customer experience by setting clear expectations.
- Address customer inquiries with professionalism.
- Collaborate with real estate professionals to drive sales.
- Utilize Salesforce and other tools to optimize sales performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience with a proven track record.
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service for at least 3 years.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities with a focus on client needs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Regular travel within the metropolitan area is expected.
