The Sales and Service Coordinator is tasked with overseeing the assigned studio(s) to ensure that sales objectives are achieved and customer service benchmarks are maintained according to YogaSix standards.

This role involves managing all aspects of the sales process.

Essential skills include strong customer service abilities, proficiency with PC/Mac systems, effective communication, teamwork, and a genuine enthusiasm for sales and service.

The anticipated weekly commitment is between 10-15 hours, with the possibility of additional hours as needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise sales and customer service in designated studio(s)
  • Generate and follow up on potential leads
  • Drive personal sales and mentor Wellness Advisors
  • Communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement necessary changes
  • Ensure data accuracy and adhere to deadlines
  • Collaborate with team members and manage customer interactions professionally
  • Focus on Lead Generation, Membership Sales, and Retention
  • Engage in Marketing partnerships to boost guest traffic
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and supervision of Wellness Advisors
  • Conduct customer service calls and oversee the team
  • Provide support to sales associates as needed
